What to Wear?

I have heard doing pole can hurt?

Yes, unfortunately pole can sometimes hurt a little when learning new things, this will lessen considerably as you gain more skill. You may experience bruising and symptoms of friction (chaffing etc). You are likely to experience some muscle soreness 12-72 hours following your class, this is perfectly normal and just a sign your muscles have had a good workout!

How many people in a group class?

Class sizes are kept small, Two students usually share a pole. There will never be more than three students to a pole.

What if i can't attend a lesson?

If for any reason you can't make it to class, please let me know asap. You may then be able to catch up on another day but this isn't guaranteed.
